THINK ABOUT:

- Many books – donate to a library or work with dealer for valuable books.
- Excess food – think about donating to a food pantry.
- Cleaning products – properly dispose of hazardous materials.
- List utility and services that need to be changed or shut down.
- Think ahead about your new space and what will fit.
- Know what you want to keep or donate or giveaway.
- Have a backup bag of essentials (meds, glasses, change of clothing, important papers) – all items you would need for 1-2 days during a move.
